I unlocked all 78 towns on my phone but my tablet still asks me to pay.
The unlock is currently per-device. Restore Purchases is coming in the next update — for now please email us with your purchase receipt and we'll help.

The game crashed or a town won't open.
Please email us with your device model and the name of the town. We'll fix it fast.

I'd like to suggest a town fact, photo, or correction.
Please do! Every fact in the game is researched and we love to improve. Email us.

Refunds

App Store and Play Store purchases are refunded by Apple and Google respectively — please use their built-in refund flows. For web (Stripe) purchases, email us within 14 days of purchase.
